(三十四)壓實工作責任。編制實(shi)(shi)施美麗(li)(li)遼寧(ning)建(jian)設(she)規劃(hua)綱要,謀劃(hua)安排重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)(gong)程、重(zhong)大(da)政(zheng)策、重(zhong)大(da)改革措施,建(jian)立健全推進(jin)美麗(li)(li)遼寧(ning)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)作機制和(he)運行機制,省直有關部(bu)門根據(ju)職責分工(gong)(gong)制定完(wan)善本部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)作推進(jin)計劃(hua),各(ge)市(shi)黨委和(he)政(zheng)府應當(dang)結合地方實(shi)(shi)際及時制定配套文件。各(ge)有關部(bu)門要加強工(gong)(gong)作銜接,把握好節(jie)奏和(he)力度(du),協調推進(jin)、相(xiang)互帶(dai)動,強化對美麗(li)(li)遼寧(ning)建(jian)設(she)重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)(gong)程的(de)財稅、金融、價格等政(zheng)策支(zhi)持。
(三十(shi)五)強化宣傳推廣。持續深化(hua)習近平(ping)生(sheng)(sheng)態文明思想(xiang)理論研(yan)究、學(xue)習宣(xuan)傳、制度創(chuang)新、實踐推廣,推進(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)態文明教育(yu)納入干部(bu)教育(yu)、黨員教育(yu)、國民教育(yu)體系(xi)。加強規劃政策解讀,充(chong)分利用(yong)新媒(mei)體平(ping)臺(tai),拓寬公眾參(can)與(yu)渠(qu)道,通過全國生(sheng)(sheng)態日、環境(jing)日等(deng)多種形式宣(xuan)傳美麗遼(liao)寧建設的(de)政策制度、進(jin)展成效、實踐經(jing)驗(yan)和(he)先進(jin)典型(xing)。加強國際(ji)國內交流合作(zuo),學(xue)習借鑒先進(jin)經(jing)驗(yan),強化(hua)美麗遼(liao)寧建設成果與(yu)模(mo)式的(de)運用(yong),不斷(duan)擴(kuo)大(da)美麗遼(liao)寧的(de)影響力(li)、帶動(dong)力(li)和(he)示范性。按照有關(guan)規定表彰在美麗遼(liao)寧建設中(zhong)成績顯著、貢(gong)獻突出的(de)先進(jin)單(dan)位和(he)個(ge)人。
(三十六(liu))開展成效考核。聚焦美麗(li)遼寧建(jian)設(she)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)目標、重點任(ren)務和(he)重大事項,研究建(jian)立美麗(li)遼寧建(jian)設(she)成效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he)指(zhi)標體系(xi),制定成效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he)辦(ban)法,適(shi)時將(jiang)污(wu)染防(fang)治攻(gong)堅戰成效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he)過渡到美麗(li)遼寧建(jian)設(she)成效(xiao)(xiao)考(kao)核(he),考(kao)核(he)工作由(you)省生態文明建(jian)設(she)和(he)生態環境保(bao)護委員(yuan)會牽頭組織,考(kao)核(he)結果(guo)作為(wei)各級領導班子和(he)有關領導干部綜合考(kao)核(he)評價、獎懲(cheng)任(ren)免的重要(yao)(yao)參考(kao)。
