(二十二)營造放心舒心消費環(huan)境。開展消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)環境監測(ce)評價,嚴格按(an)照《四川(chuan)省建(jian)(jian)設(she)放心(xin)舒(shu)心(xin)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)城市通用標(biao)準》,對現(xian)有放心(xin)舒(shu)心(xin)示(shi)(shi)范創建(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元全面(mian)(mian)開展監測(ce)評價,引(yin)導整改提(ti)升,不達標(biao)的堅(jian)決(jue)取消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。加快推進(jin)示(shi)(shi)范單(dan)(dan)元建(jian)(jian)設(she),2024年底,全市示(shi)(shi)范創建(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元不少于500家(jia),新打造放心(xin)舒(shu)心(xin)示(shi)(shi)范鄉村1個。全力維護消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)權(quan)益(yi),加快消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)信用體系(xi)建(jian)(jian)設(she),擴大線(xian)下(xia)無理由退貨(huo)、消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)環節首問責任(ren)(ren)制(zhi)、承(cheng)諾(nuo)賠償(chang)(chang)先付覆(fu)蓋面(mian)(mian),提(ti)升在(zai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)糾紛和解單(dan)(dan)位的數量(liang)和質量(liang)。2024年底前,發(fa)展線(xian)下(xia)無理由退貨(huo)經營(ying)者(zhe)440家(jia),承(cheng)諾(nuo)賠償(chang)(chang)先付經營(ying)者(zhe)320家(jia)、首問責任(ren)(ren)制(zhi)經營(ying)者(zhe)110家(jia),在(zai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)糾紛和解單(dan)(dan)位200家(jia),推動(dong)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)糾紛高效解決(jue)。(責任(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位:市市場監管局)
