【行業關注(zhu)】2024版產(chan)業結構調(diao)整目(mu)錄發布 汽車(che)入選鼓勵類(lei)目(mu)錄
日前,國家發展和改革委員會產業司發布《產業結構調整指導目錄(2024年(nian)本(ben))》,《目錄(2024 年(nian)本(ben))》將于2024年2月1日起施行。
《目錄(2024 年本)》由鼓勵、限制和淘汰(tai)三類目錄組成,其(qi)中,鼓勵類主要是對經濟社會發展(zhan)有重要促進作用的技術、裝(zhuang)備及產品。
汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)產業中的七(qi)(qi)項內容被列(lie)入鼓(gu)勵類目錄,分別是(shi)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)關(guan)(guan)鍵零(ling)部件,輕量(liang)化材料應用,新能(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)關(guan)(guan)鍵零(ling)部件,車(che)用充電設備,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)電子控制系統,新能(neng)源汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)、智能(neng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)及(ji)關(guan)(guan)鍵零(ling)部件、高效車(che)用內燃機研發(fa)試驗能(neng)力建設,智能(neng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)關(guan)(guan)鍵零(ling)部件及(ji)技術七(qi)(qi)大條目。
此(ci)外,在電(dian)力、機(ji)械、公路及(ji)道(dao)路運輸、信息產(chan)業(ye)、環(huan)境保護與(yu)資源節約綜合利用等產(chan)業(ye)的鼓(gu)勵(li)類目(mu)錄中,也有多項涉及(ji)汽車產(chan)品、技術(shu)。
值得注(zhu)意(yi)的(de)是,三輪汽車、低速(su)電動車等產品進入(ru)限制(zhi)類(lei)目(mu)錄(lu)。《目(mu)錄(lu)(2024 年本)》規定(ding),對限制(zhi)類(lei)項目(mu),禁止新建,現有(you)生(sheng)產能(neng)力允許在(zai)一定(ding)期限內改(gai)造升級。
聚焦(jiao)汽車產業(ye)入圍鼓(gu)勵(li)類目(mu)錄(lu)的(de)七(qi)項內(nei)容,具體包括:
