17.推進(jin)資源循環利(li)用產業集(ji)聚發展。鼓勵有(you)條件的區(qu)因地制(zhi)宜推(tui)進再生(sheng)(sheng)資源(yuan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)利(li)用(yong)、廢(fei)(fei)舊(jiu)設(she)備維(wei)修(xiu)再制(zhi)造等產業(ye)集聚發展。依托(tuo)天(tian)津子牙經濟技術開(kai)發區(qu),培育壯(zhuang)大廢(fei)(fei)舊(jiu)機(ji)電產品拆解加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、廢(fei)(fei)棄電器電子產品處理加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、廢(fei)(fei)橡(xiang)塑再生(sheng)(sheng)利(li)用(yong)等再生(sheng)(sheng)資源(yuan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)利(li)用(yong)產業(ye)。發揮(hui)中國(天(tian)津)自由(you)貿(mao)易(yi)試驗區(qu)和綜(zong)合(he)保(bao)稅區(qu)優勢,拓展航空(kong)、船舶(bo)、數控機(ji)床(chuang)、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械、通(tong)信(xin)設(she)備等保(bao)稅維(wei)修(xiu)業(ye)務,探(tan)索開(kai)展汽車零(ling)部件再制(zhi)造業(ye)務。到(dao)(dao)2027年底,全市(shi)資源(yuan)循環利(li)用(yong)產業(ye)年產值達到(dao)(dao)100億元左右。(市(shi)發展改革委、市(shi)商務局(ju)、市(shi)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)和信(xin)息(xi)化局(ju)、市(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)態環境局(ju)、天(tian)津海關(guan)等部門按職責分工(gong)(gong)負責)

(五)實(shi)施標準提升行動

21.加強重點領域標準供給。根據本(ben)(ben)市(shi)(shi)汽(qi)車與(yu)新能(neng)源汽(qi)車、電動(dong)自(zi)行車、自(zi)行車、高(gao)檔數(shu)控機(ji)床、工(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器人(ren)等(deng)(deng)重點終端消費產品和(he)智能(neng)裝備的標(biao)準需求,推進(jin)能(neng)耗排放、質量安(an)全(quan)、循環(huan)利(li)(li)用等(deng)(deng)方面標(biao)準制修訂(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。鼓勵相(xiang)關(guan)企業(ye)單位圍(wei)繞節能(neng)降碳、環(huan)保、安(an)全(quan)、循環(huan)利(li)(li)用等(deng)(deng)重點方向,積極參與(yu)國際標(biao)準、國家標(biao)準制修訂(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。到2025年(nian)底,本(ben)(ben)市(shi)(shi)相(xiang)關(guan)單位主導(dao)或參與(yu)國家標(biao)準制修訂(ding)數(shu)量力爭達到50項以上。(市(shi)(shi)市(shi)(shi)場監管委、市(shi)(shi)工(gong)業(ye)和(he)信(xin)息化局、市(shi)(shi)發展改革委、市(shi)(shi)生態環(huan)境局、市(shi)(shi)應急管理局等(deng)(deng)部門按職責分工(gong)負(fu)責)
