強化能(neng)(neng)耗強度(du)約束性指標管(guan)控,合理(li)控制能(neng)(neng)耗總量(liang),實行(xing)全面節(jie)約戰略(lve),持續加強節(jie)能(neng)(neng)降碳減(jian)排管(guan)理(li)能(neng)(neng)力,提升(sheng)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)利用效率(lv)。

4.加強新(xin)型基礎設施節能降碳。優化(hua)數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)布局,推(tui)動綠(lv)色數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)運維和(he)改造(zao)。優化(hua)新型(xing)基礎設施用能結構,采用直(zhi)流供電(dian)(dian)、分布式儲(chu)能、“光伏+儲(chu)能”等(deng)模式。加(jia)快先進綠(lv)色技術(shu)產(chan)品(pin)應用,推(tui)動高效利(li)(li)用清潔能源(yuan)和(he)可再(zai)生能源(yuan)。大型(xing)及(ji)以上(shang)數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)能源(yuan)利(li)(li)用效率(lv)(PUE)降(jiang)低至(zhi)1.3 以下,推(tui)動老(lao)舊(jiu)基礎設施綠(lv)色低碳(tan)升級改造(zao),力爭能源(yuan)利(li)(li)用效率(lv)不高于1.4。支持探(tan)索利(li)(li)用電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學、氫燃料電(dian)(dian)池等(deng)作(zuo)為數據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)多元化(hua)儲(chu)能和(he)備用電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝置,加(jia)強動力電(dian)(dian)池梯次利(li)(li)用產(chan)品(pin)推(tui)廣(guang)應用。(市(shi)發改委牽頭、市(shi)工(gong)信局、市(shi)科技局、市(shi)住建局等(deng)部門按職(zhi)責(ze)分工(gong)負責(ze))
